What are stem cells — and why do they matter?
Stem cells are the body’s repair system. Unlike specialized cells, they can renew themselves and send signals that help regulate inflammation and support damaged tissue. In regenerative medicine, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are the most widely studied type because of their immunomodulatory and paracrine effects.
At Cell Innovation Center we use stem cell therapy as part of a complete medical plan — never as a one-size-fits-all product.

How stem cell therapy may help
Modulate inflammation
MSCs release signaling molecules that may help calm chronic inflammation, a common driver of degenerative disease.
Support tissue repair
They may promote a healthier microenvironment for joints, nerves, blood vessels and organs affected by chronic damage.
Balance the immune system
Their immunomodulatory properties are being studied in autoimmune and post-viral conditions.

How the process works
- 01
Free medical pre-evaluation
Share your history and recent studies. A physician reviews whether you may be a candidate — no commitment.
- 02
Personalized protocol
Cell type, dose, route of application and number of sessions are defined for your diagnosis and goals, with a written quote.
- 03
Treatment in Baja California
Care in our Tijuana or Ensenada clinic with bilingual staff, monitoring and a comfortable recovery suite.
- 04
Follow-up at home
Scheduled follow-up calls at 1, 3 and 6 months to track your progress and coordinate with your local doctor.
Find out if you are a candidate
Send your medical history and recent studies — a physician will review them at no cost.
Frequently asked questions
Am I a candidate for stem cell therapy?
Candidacy is decided by a physician after reviewing your diagnosis, medical history, current medications and recent studies. Some patients are not candidates — we will tell you honestly and explain why.
Is stem cell therapy a cure?
No. Stem cell therapy is not a cure and many applications are still investigational. The goal is to modulate inflammation and support the body’s natural repair processes; results vary between patients.
Which conditions can benefit from immunotherapy?
Cellular immunotherapy is being researched for post-COVID and post-vaccine syndromes, neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, and side effects of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
How long do I need to stay in Mexico?
Most protocols require 2 to 5 days in Tijuana or Ensenada, depending on the number of applications. Your coordinator will share a day-by-day itinerary before you travel.
