Travel from San Diego
- Tijuana clinic: about 30 minutes from the San Ysidro / Otay Mesa border crossing, in the Zona Urbana Río business district.
- Ensenada clinic: about 90 minutes south of Tijuana along the scenic coastal highway.
- Bring: a valid passport, your medical records, current medication list and comfortable clothing.
- Companions are welcome during consultations and recovery.
