Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to the questions patients and families ask most.

Am I a candidate for stem cell therapy?

Candidacy is decided by a physician after reviewing your diagnosis, medical history, current medications and recent studies. Some patients are not candidates — we will tell you honestly and explain why.

Is stem cell therapy a cure?

No. Stem cell therapy is not a cure and many applications are still investigational. The goal is to modulate inflammation and support the body’s natural repair processes; results vary between patients.

Which conditions can benefit from immunotherapy?

Cellular immunotherapy is being researched for post-COVID and post-vaccine syndromes, neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, and side effects of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

How long do I need to stay in Mexico?

Most protocols require 2 to 5 days in Tijuana or Ensenada, depending on the number of applications. Your coordinator will share a day-by-day itinerary before you travel.

How do I get to the clinic from the United States?

Most patients fly into San Diego International Airport. The Tijuana clinic is about 30 minutes from the San Ysidro border crossing; Ensenada is about 90 minutes further south along the scenic coastal highway.

How much does treatment cost?

Cost depends on the protocol, cell dose and number of applications. After your free medical evaluation you receive a detailed written quote with no hidden fees.

Can a family member come with me?

Yes. We encourage patients to travel with a companion, who is welcome during consultations and recovery.

What happens after I submit the form?

A bilingual care coordinator contacts you within one business day by phone, WhatsApp or email to request your records and schedule your physician review.
